About Cedars
The Cedars gained its name from the large cedars along the property line at 1319 Martin Street. Some of these condos have a view of the ocean with a short walk to White Rock Beach. These condos range from 800 to almost 2,000 square feet with some units enjoying 1,200 square foot decks. It's an adult only complex with no rentals allowed. The boiler was replaced in 2010. The units contain great character, in a very quiet location and are in immaculate condition. Very spacious units due to the natural light from patios and open floor layout. Updated with new bathroom cabinets, lighting, appliances and doors. Fantastic location only a few blocks from the beach and Semiahmoo Mall, and transit.
