This summer make sure to check out the Sunday White Rock Farmers Market. Starting May 29 and running until October 9, you can spend your Sunday’s from 10-2 strolling through the local booths! Explore the naturally curated products and learn about local small businesses to support. Don’t forget to keep an open mind and taste test as much as possible! If you are not already full on free samples, you could also stop by The Wooden Spoon, located right next to the market for a great brunch to top off your Sunday.

Kids getting antsy at home? Check out the summer camps that the City of White Rock has to offer. Sign your children up for all day Land’n’Sea beach camps or even half day camps that involve activities such as soccer, lego, tennis and skim boarding! This is great way to get your kids out and active this summer, making new friends and getting involved within the community. As a bonus, this will also get your children off your back and may even leave you with some much need leisure time - you know you deserve it!

Canada Day at the Bay
Keep your schedule clear on Canada Day and make sure you check out one of White Rock’s biggest events, Canada Day at the Bay. Bring the whole family and enjoy a night out celebrating all things Canadian. Make sure to check out the live entertainment featured on the RE/MAX main stage between 10:00am and 10:00pm. This year White Rock's own Daniel Wesley is the head act at 9:00pm. The family oriented event also features the popular South Surrey Smiles Kids zone offering face painting, balloon twisting, bouncy castles, a sandcastle competition, Cory's Caricatures, BBQing and more! The night, of course, will be completed with a jaw dropping firework show!

Tour de Delta
Get involved! Tour De Delta will be happening this year from July 8-10. Volunteer at the event to give back to the community or bring out for family for a fun filled day! The event is extremely family oriented will lots of fun activities for everyone. Make sure to join the crowds and cheer on the racers!

Concerts at the Pier
Head down to the pier at White Rock Beach and enjoy some free live music! For 5 Saturdays starting on July 9th White Rock Beach will be hosting free nightly live music for your entertainment. The musicians will include large US and Canadian recording artists as well as some up and coming local talents.
