Charlie Don't Surf
Charlie Don’t Surf is located directly along the main strip of restaurants on the shoreline of White Rock beach. This lunch and dinner joint cooks up much loved pub food such as pizza, tacos and burgers, but the space is tastefully decorated, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. This is perfect spot if you are craving warm feel good food! If you are enjoying a fun night out, don’t forget to taste some of their decedent cocktails. We recommend the white sangria, you definitely won’t regret it!
Shinjuku Asian Cuisine
Shinjuku Asian Cuisine is a perfect spot to stop if you’re craving some Japanese cuisine and is located along the shoreline of White Rock beach. Grab some authentic sushi rolls, sashimi or udon and enjoy it with friends on their outdoor patio with ocean views. Shinjuku is also a great deal, with extremely reasonable priced menu options and always very friendly service!
The Wooden Spoon
The Wooden Spoon is definitely our favourite place for Sunday brunch. The spot is located just about a 5 minute drive up the hill away from White Rock beach. The atmosphere of the place is rustic-chic and all the décor has a unique twist, from a green grass wall to their bills actually being served on a wooden spoons! The kitchen serves a wide range of options from sweet and delicious french toast to their different savory takes on the much loved classic, eggs benedict. They also have a unique breakfast bar that serves special morning cocktails that pair perfect with brunch. The wooden spoon is located next to the White Rock farmers market, making it a perfect place to spend your Sunday summer afternoons! But make sure to call ahead or reserve online because the quaint location fills up fast!
